I imagine in your profession that you, and your employees receive numerous complaints. I want to be different and offer compliments and thanks. My wife's Mercury Villager broke down around 10:00 A.M. one day and your service department was able to get it in the garage by 11:00. Your service manager Troy, and a technician,(I believe his name is Jack) were especially helpful and deserve commendation. Troy is aware that I have been unemployed since Monaco closed in August, 2008. He was able to have the vehicle repaired at the lowest price he could, and we thank him very much. A day after we got the vehhicle we had another problem; not related to the first, and the two men did a great job taking care of us. All too often people share news about the bad service they receive,so I think it is time to share a great service experience and that is what I hve been doing. I have told friends and family about our experience and recommend they come to your business if they need service.
Again, we say thank you for a job well done to Troy and Jack and trust that you will do the same.
Sincerely,
Larry and Marilyn Brown
Sorry I didn't return your call but I got a little busy. So far so good with the Jeep. I think it will fill our needs nicely. I did want to take moment to thank you and everyone we dealt with. I must say that this was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've ever had. I appreciate you taking the time to work with me via e-mail and telephone to help put the deal together. With busy schedules it make it difficult sometimes to car shop any other way. From your perspective it must be somewhat challenging when you're dealing with a customer at that level to know whether their serious or not. Again, I appreciate your efforts not only before, but during and the follow up call after wards.
I'll look you up with I come in from my first oil change. Speaking of which, should I make an appointment for that or can I just drive in?
Thanks again,
