I always have my F-150 serviced at Harold Zeigler. My wife has a Nissan and was not pleased with Nissan service so I told her to take it to Harold Zeigler. She was very impressed that they treated her just as they would have if she had a Ford. I am sure her next vehicle will definately be a Ford from Harold Zeigler. They are the best!

Received an e-mail to get " The Works" package done with a $10.00 rebate. Took advantage of it because it is such a great deal and they check everything. On top of that the service manager gave us a coupon for a free car wash right down the street. We always get great service at Zeigler's and it pays to get their e-mails.

My vehicle that I purchased from Harold Zeigler has been to the service department twice since I have purchased it. The first time was to finish the safety inspection checklist. The second time was to detail the inside and outside. The detail was not an obligation that Harold Zeigler had, but they simply did it because they wanted to. TJ in the service department made sure each and every time I brought my car in, that I was completely taken care of. I work nights, so each time, which happened to be mornings, I brought my car in she had a loaner vehicle ready for me! Any questions I had about my appointment or about my warranty paperwork she was more than happy to answer them for me! The service department was definitley accomodating to my schedule and very generous with what they do as well! I am very pleased with the work they have done from start to finish :).

I just recently bought a new to me 2010 Ford Focus from here. I personally had never been there before but a family member recommended them for their excellent customer service. I was greeted by Don S. He made me feel very relaxed and comfortable with my entire experience there. Everybody was extremely friendly and very helpful including the finance gal. I am happy to say the recommendation I receive was 100% accurate with what my expectations were. I will be recommending this dealership to anybody that I know is looking for a new car.

I think Zeigler has GREAT Sales and Service and that will keep me coming back time and time again. Great Prices and Great Cars. I have no problem telling others that they should check out H. Zeigler Ford first when looking to buy a New or Used Car. I purchased my Mercury from Zeigler and so far I very happy with my car. My Mercury is exactly the right the car for me. I found that they will work to gave you the best deal possible and that means a great deal to me. I would drive a 100 miles if I had to to buy a car from Zielger because I don't feel like I'm being screwed over. I hope to be a Ziegler Customer for many many years to come. I think I saved a GREAT Amount of Money when I purchased my Mercury from Ziegler over what I would have paid at another Dealer.

Just purchased a new 2011 Ford F150 SuperCab EcoBoost and really like it... We drove down from Michigan to see a F150 on the used car lot.. after talking to our salesperson, John Woodiel, we learned that with our trade-in, good credit, and Ford and Zeigler incentives we could get a new loaded EcoBoost F150 for better terms then the used one. We were picky about options and the color and John checked dealers in four states to find the right truck for us... Great truck, great service, great price. It was worth the drive from Michigan.

Just purchased a used 2009 Sebring Convertible. I faxed in all my information for the application and I feel I had to wait too long. Info was faxed in at 10-11am on Monday and I didn't get my vehicle until 4pm the next day, after waiting at the dealership for over an hour after being told the finance guy was getting swamped. The salesman I had was very pleasant as well as the finance person when I finally saw him. My experience was pleasant when I was there. My only complaint was the time it took, which is why I still gave it four stars. I would recommend the dealership to anyone else.

My wife and i bought a 2009 hhr. We test drove it and my wife loved it. they ended up getting better financing then i did from my bank. I put it on a hoist and seen transmission lines dumping and the turn single did not work they fixed it for free and in a timely manner I would buy anther car form them and would recommend them to anyone

I just purchased a new 2011 Ford Fusion. When I went into the dealership I was immediately given the proper attention of a salesman. Never did I feel pressured into buying and he was very helpful answering all of my questions. We test drove a few cars and he helped me find the one I liked and could afford. Where I purchased my last vehicle, they didn't even bother or have time to test drive vehicles with me. My experience with Harold Zeigler has been extremely pleasant and I highly recommend them...

Our salesman was informed and was not high pressure. He allowed us to make our own decision. I love the car and the 31 miles per gallon I get with my Ford Fusion!!!

We recently purchased a 2008 Chevy Uplander. What a GREAT mini-van. The salesman (Jeff Miles) was very pleasant and informative. The finance director (Daina) was also GREAT! Had a problem with the tire monitoring system that their service dept. couldn't figure out, so they sent me to a chevy dealership to get it fixed and picked up the bill! I am very satisfied withn my purchase, and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Harold Zeigler!!!!!
